Ginger Cat Home Brewery is presently being put together at my home in Bridlington and as you have probably guessed is named after my companion cat, Frank.
My name is Steve Wardley and I have been brewing various beverages on and off since a teenager, starting with Sasperilla, a sweet dark drink that despite being fermented didn't seem to have any alcoholic properties. I then moved onto wine and beer kits with varying amounts of success and as a natural follow on have decided to progress to "All Grain" brewing which, like commercial breweries uses the basic ingredients of malted barley, hops, water and yeast and uses the "infusion mash" technique.
